One of Eric's heavier offerings to date, "The Beast In A Colorful Dream" is his sixth solo EP and opens with a somewhat upbeat track, "Dreaming Through The Alarm" and continues into "Yeah".

"Masquerade" was written by Eric many years ago with lyrics and vocals, but is just now seeing the light of day as an instrumental track.

"The Beast In A Colorful Dream" is the first of Eric's EP's to feature a vocal performance - "The Fear Inside" which is a track about taking control of your fears and has an older Metallica type vibe to it.

The EP closes with the title track, inspired by nightmares and horror films of old.

Eric has been playing guitar ever since being inspired by Ace Frehley when he was a kid. His guitar heroes include - but aren't limited to - Ace Frehley, Alex Lifeson, Gary Richrath, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Eric Clapton, David Gilmour, Steve Morse, Pete Thorn, and Tim Pierce, and while influenced by these great guitarists, Eric isn't the typical "shredding guitarist" - he instead has a more melody-driven rock guitar style.
